Paros regains a sea connection with Thessaloniki and Herakleion, Crete.

After communication with the management of the passenger shipping line “Agoudimos” we can confirm that this coming spring the F/B “DALIANA” will execute a subsidised sea connection between Thessaloniki, Paros, another two to three ports of call in the Cyclades, and the port of Herakleion, Crete.

This has been made possible by the initiative taken by Mayor of Paros, Mr. Giannis Ragousis, as well as the Mayors of Thessaloniki, Herakleion and other Cycladic islands. Their letter to the Minister of the Merchant Marine in May of this year underlined just how essential this sea route is to all of the municipalities involved.
